During the Meeting, the members of the Committee declared that the Bill (Reg.№2538) envisages fixing in the separate law existing and extra social and Labor rights of the Workers of the Medical, Medical Protection and Pharmaceutical Spheres.
In particular, the Issues on the Medical Insurance and pharmaceutical workers in particular from the medical mistake, form the conditions that make the interference of the detached onlooker into professional activity impossible. Moreover, it is suggested that the preferential calculation of the record of service regarding medical workers should be implemented.
Parliamentarians emphasized that the issues on the sources of financing, the order of the amendments implementation, specific regulation etc. should be clarified and elaborated.
